USA TODAY Sports Images site is for the distribution of news photographs only and are licensed for one time editorial use. Additional use requires additional payment.
Use is restricted to editorial inclusion in user's own publications or those it sells in its ordinary course of business, and not for resale, trade, packaging, promotion nor advertising. No model releases or other releases exist on any USA TODAY Sports Images photographs unless the existence thereof is specified in writing by USA TODAY Sports Images.
USA TODAY Sports Images images retrieved shall not be altered or manipulated beyond normal image enhancements or cropping. Should a subscriber violate this requirement USA TODAY Sports Images will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies from the member.
Although USA TODAY Sports Images makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of images on USA TODAY Sports Images site, members acknowledge that USA TODAY Sports Images are not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising out of any misuse, inaccuracies errors or omissions in the information contained in the USA TODAY Sports Images service.
USA TODAY Sports Images retains the full copyright and ownership of the web site and system, the photographs are copyright by the photographer. The appropriate credit line that must accompany the USA TODAY Sports Images photograph is indicated in the caption. If no credit line is indicated in the caption, then the credit line must read USA TODAY Sports.
Should a subscriber violate any requirements or agreements between themselves and USA TODAY Sports Images, USA TODAY Sports Images will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies from the member and/or cancel their subscription without notice.
