License Agreement
Imagn Images site is for the distribution of news photographs only and are licensed for one time editorial use. Additional use requires additional payment.
Use is restricted to editorial inclusion in user's own publications or those it sells in its ordinary course of business, and not for resale, trade, packaging, promotion nor advertising. No model releases or other releases exist on any Imagn Images photographs unless the existence thereof is specified in writing by Imagn Images.
Imagn Images images retrieved shall not be altered or manipulated beyond normal image enhancements or cropping. Should a subscriber violate this requirement Imagn Images will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies from the member.
Although Imagn Images makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of images on Imagn Images site, members acknowledge that Imagn Images are not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising out of any misuse, inaccuracies errors or omissions in the information contained in the Imagn Images service.
Imagn Images retains the full copyright and ownership of the web site and system, the photographs are copyright by the photographer. The appropriate credit line that must accompany the Imagn Images photograph is indicated in the caption. If no credit line is indicated in the caption, then the credit line must read Imagn.
Should a subscriber violate any requirements or agreements between themselves and Imagn Images, Imagn Images will attempt to obtain appropriate corrections and remedies from the member and/or cancel their subscription without notice.
